HD Texture Packs

A patch has been released that fixes the shrine loading bug for the v1.1 texture pack for Breath of the Wild. The patch is not compatible with or necessary for the v1.0 texture pack.

In other news, if you weren't aware, the Yuzu emulator project has been shut down by Nintendo. This means that there will be no further updates to Yuzu and therefore the custom version will no longer receive updates.

Another Super Mario game has been given an HD overhaul. Super Mario RPG is a game that already has great graphics, but has some areas that are rough around the edges, such as some of the terrain and building materials. The aim of this texture pack is to improve on these details.

This texture pack is currently in early access and is available to Download Access+ subscribers. If you're already a Download Access+ subscriber, you can visit the downloads page to try the new texture pack.

In other news, Youtube subscription credits should be working now and everyone who has subscribed and hasn't been credited, or who will subscribe, will receive at least one credit. Visit the free page if you haven't received your credit yet.

A patch that uses the full 12GB available to the custom Yuzu emulator has been released for Tears of the Kingdom. For now, the TotK texture pack is still in early access. Visit the downloads page to try the new patch.

Today a new experimental Yuzu build has been released. This custom build includes a 12GB memory mode, which should fix memory bugs with Tears of the Kingdom and open new possibilities for future texture packs & updates. You can find it on the downloads page or on Github.

In other news, Breath of the Wild v1.1b has been moved out of early access, since it has been confirmed to be compatible with both custom emulators and newer builds of Yuzu.

Moving forward, Yuzu is the officially recommended emulator and further support for Ryujinx will be limited or phased out.
